To offer a comprehensive variety of property management services to a multi-tenanted, high-class office space in Victoria. The client had an expiring long leasehold interest in which keeping the revenue stream was critical, so asset management was also required. The final part of the brief was to manage the planned preventative maintenance procedure in order to reduce the dilapidations position when the overriding lease terminated.

Quorum Enterprise Zone currently has 800,000 ft² of multi-tenanted office space in a business park setting on the outskirts of London. Tesco Bank, IBM, National Grid, Balfour Beatty, and HMRC are among the tenants scattered across 13 buildings. Three other structures are in the planning stages.

Klein acted as property manager and the role included providing a full asset management service and on-site facilities management support.
